Shipping policy
Definitions
- Seller: Refers to Inkye, the website owner.
- Buyer: Refers to the person or entity placing the order.
- Goods: Refers to the handmade products such as rugs, clothing, baskets, and accessories sold by Inkye.
Payment
All payments are due at the time of order. If payment is not received or is declined, the order will not be processed or shipped. Ownership of any product will be forfeited in the event of non-payment.
We accept major credit cards as our primary payment method.
Shipping & Delivery Terms
All products are physical items shipped directly from our storage facilities or artisan partners.
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
Estimated Delivery Times
- UK & EU: 4–7 business days
- USA: 5–8 business days
- Other countries: 7–14 business days (depending on location)
Flat rate shipping may apply. Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated.
If you do not receive your order within 10 business days after shipment confirmation, please contact us at contact@inkye.com with your name and order number.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses at this time.
Please ensure you provide a valid physical address at checkout.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@inkye.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will handle these cases individually and do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong or defective item).
